If you own an existing computer (whether working or non-working) and want to transfer data from that computer to another computer, then PrescriptionPC has a few options for you!
PrescriptionPC will transfer your information (minus your Operating System and installed Programs) to a flash drive (thumb drive), then scan that flash drive with your files for any spyware and/or viruses before transferring that data to the new computer! The spyware and virus scans are not an option with this service as we want to protect your data and your new computer!
Another option of obtaining your files from your old computer to the new one is to have your data burned to a CD/DVD or multiple CD's/DVD's - this is a great option to exercise because you can hold onto the CD's as backup in the event you lose your data! Once your data is burned, we can transfer it to your new computer or you can opt to do this yourself!
Need more hard drive space?...We'll connect a blank hard drive to your existing computer and you can use that just for storage. Whatever it is you're looking for - let us know and we'll make the right recommendation for you.
