It's as simple as "clicking a link" - we send you an email with a link that will allow you to download and install a small application that allows you to setup your computer as the "host". Once this is completed, we login to an online application (the provider that allows us to use this service) and click "connect" to access your computer! You see every move of the mouse we make so you know exactly everything we're doing to get your issue(s) resolved!

We do require that you have at LEAST a DSL or Cable Internet connection to utilize this service we offer. The cost for this service is a flat fee of $75 per remote session. There is no time restraints per session - whatever time it takes to get your computer issue(s) resolved, we'll take the time to do it!

Payment is REQUIRED before any remote session is established. You will be sent a link for payment via PayPal. You are not required to be a member of PayPal to make a payment. A checking account, credit card or debit card is all that is required.

Upon confirmation that payment has been received (usually within 5 minutes of posting), we will then email you a link to download and install the application required for your remote session.Any questions regarding this service we offer, please give us a call @ (954) 703-0476 between the hours of 9:00 am and 8:00 pm M-F or use our Online Form to schedule a session.
